Payment We only accept payment via Paypal. We will only ship to Paypal-listed address. Due to the rise of fraudulent activities, we reserve the rights not to ship to unconfirmed Paypal-listed address. Any inconveience is deeply regretted. Shipping & Handling Listed shipping & handling price are applicable to residents living in USA only. We normally start processing your order within 2 business days upon receiving of full-payment. As there are many factors that may affect the delivering time, we cannot guarantee the arriving time of the goods that you purchased despite the fact that we only utilize the services of reliable delivery companies. This is normally between 5 to 15 days for 48 states continental USA for shipment originating from USA. For shipments originating from Asia(Singapore), the norm would be 2 business days + 5 to 12 days for normal economical shipment, unless special express service is requested. However, this period may be longer in rare situation whereby the USA custom office holds the products for routine inspection or for additional custom-duties tax-collection. We are not responsible for any delays, custom-duties, tax or other fees to be paid and are not responsible for any products held by the custom office. Sorry we are unable to provide you with additional information as the tax-law changes pretty often. However, we know that normally there would be no custom-tax if it is just one low-price MP3/MP4 player. All goods originating from Asia would be marked as 'GIFT & Not-For-Resale'. We do not charge our customers sales tax for shipment originating from Asia(Singapore). However, for shipments originating from USA, we would collect a pro-rated amount that is less than the normal required sales tax amount, to offset the additional tax charges if you happen to live in the state (normally California) where the product would be shipped. This lower-than-normal-sales-tax amount would be added to the cost of the product but no additional sales tax would be collected. Please read the Payment instructions carefully before you purchase to avoid unnecessary delays. Backordered Items (in short, Out-Of-Stock items) Although steps have been taken to ensure that our stores are adequately stocked with sufficient goods, we sometimes also run into this problem of back-ordering, especially for hot-selling products, due to quality-control and re-stocking delays. Guarantees All our products come with guarantee unless explicitly stated in the description page/s as NO GUARANTEE PRODUCT/S. You would at least be covered for 30 days. Many products also come with manufacturers longer period warranties. Dead-on-arrival We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please immediately contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. Refund Policy In the case that you are not happy with the product that you purcased, just contact us fast for instructions on how and where to send the products to, return everything in original condition to us within 30 days for a refund. We will inspect the product and issue the back full-amount minus a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping & handling cost for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages is non-refundable. However this refund policy does not hold for certain merchandise stated explicitly in the description page as NON-REFUNDABLE, due many reasons including the low-price that was offered to you. Typo Error or Payment Collection/Transmission Error In rare occasions, there may be typo-errors or other errors (such as transmission error or hacker interferences) that may result in incorrect amount being collected for products purchased, we reserve the rights not to honor such transactions. A full-refund would be given back. Bulk purchases We welcome enquiries for bulk-purchases (10 or more) of products shipped from Asia. However, it is almost certain that such items would be taxed by the US custom. In such circumstances, goods may be shipped via a more established carrier like UPS, Federal Express, DHL or SpeedPost and delivery time would be faster. Customers are advised to first purchase a sample via the normal means to take a look at the products before committing to the larger volume purchases (although we would be more than happy to immediately process such orders too).
